As Director of Construction Services at First Industrial Realty Trust he was responsible for managing all speculative and build-to-suit developments totaling, on an annual basis, over $100 Million and more than 2.5 million square feet of dry warehouse and refrigerated facilities in the Midwest. Mr. Lebar managed all pre-construction services including facility layout, writing building specifications, and feasibility estimates. He was also responsible for the tenant improvement/build out work in for each tenant leasing space in the speculative developments. Project locations include the entire Chicago market, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Detroit. Clients include Rustoleum, Penske Logistics, Affiliated Foods Midwest, Finn-Power, Oakley Sub-assembly, Snyders of Hanover, Cups4U, Maytag, and Medline Industries. Other large land and business park developments include Heartland Corporate Center, Tinley Park Corporate Center, and FirstPark Joliet.
