Director Construction and Project Management
Kenneth Kuchler has over 35 years of experience in all facets of the real estate development and construction. His experience includes project management, construction management, and general contracting. He has managed various project types including: single family, multi-family and complex large scale mixed use real estate developments. Ken has led these developments from feasibility and design through entitlements and construction completion and finally to turnover to owner/tenant.
Prior to joining the Circle Team, Mr. Kuchler was a Senior Project Manager at Single Site Corporation, where he designed and developed office space, restaurants; such as Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings, gas stations, and convenience stores. In this same role, Mr. Kuchler was crucial in the re/development efforts of the Grant Hospital in Lincoln Park, the Lake County Fairgrounds, the Uptown Theatre, and the South Loop Commons. Prior to Single Site, he was a Construction Manager at Urban Investment Trust and Dominick's Finer Foods. His developments include Gateway Center, Roosevelt and Pulaski Shopping Center, and numerous Dominick's grocery anchored centers.
Mr. Kuchler is active in the greater Chicagoland municipal community and is an accomplished carpenter.
