Ashley Capital hires Circle Realty Advisors to expand Chicago presence
New York-based Ashley Capital has hired Circle Realty Advisors to help grow its portfolio in the greater Chicago and Milwaukee areas.
Circle Realty will assist in the acquisition of industrial properties and land for development and/or redevelopment to increase Ashley Capital's portfolio throughout the Midwest with specific focus on investment opportunities in Chicago.
The company said it is looking to acquire existing buildings 250,000 square feet or larger with upside potential, including excess land, vacant space, and unfavorable environmental or soil conditions, as well as land parcels of 100+/- acres for ground up development of industrial parks.
